CElixir is an easy to use double layer, dynamic coating system that makes CZE faster and more precise, even at low pH. This system can be used on your current CE system and requires only bare fused silica capillaries. CElixir can easily be automated for fast and efficient separations. Initiator Solution (A) must be used along with one Accelerator Solution (B) in the pH of your choice, no other buffers are required for operation.

This zero flow, neutral coated capillary is covalently bonded with polymers making it pH stable and does not produce an electro-osmotic flow. Used for capillary iso-electric focusing, these capillaries allow your samples to set up in pH zones and remain focused without the tailing found with many cIEF methods. Also used in CE of proteins when electrophoretic mobility is the separation mechanism of choice and EOF is not desired.
